Diane Timewell Acupuncture

Diane spent three years studying Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture at the University of Westminster where she gained a BSc (hons) degree. This required the study of both Chinese and Western medicine.
Diane became interested in Oriental medicine in the early 1990's when she lived in the Far East for three years. She subsequently studied Shiatsu Massage for four years gaining a post- graduate certificate in 1998. Diane worked extensively as a Shiatsu therapist where she took a special interest in the field of back pain.
Diane currently works as an acupuncturist in various clinics in North London. Expanding upon her previous work in the NHS, Diane now runs two 'affordable acupuncture' clinics in the hope of making acupuncture treatment accessible to as many people as possible.
Diane is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the major regulatory body in the UK and works to strict standards as laid down by the Department of Health.
Diane was awarded the Nutri-Centre Prize for merit in her studies of Acupuncture in 2005.
Diane also holds a BA (joint hons) degree in English and Psychology.
